ZQ-918 RTV anti fouling flashover coating is a mixture of a single component ketone oxime type silicone adhesive sealant and a specific solvent. The coating is sprayed on the surface of the insulator, and after the solvent evaporates, it solidifies into a thin film elastomer at room temperature. The body has high strength, and has good adhesion, hydrophobic migration, flame retardancy, and resistance to electric leakage, thus providing good anti fouling flashover protection for insulators.

1. Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the insulator and remove dust and oil stains.
2.Gluing: Use a spray gun to evenly spray the coating on the surface of the insulator.
3.Curing: Allow to naturally solidify in air.
This product is stored in a cool and dry place at 27 ℃, with a shelf life of 12 months.
