ZQ-704 is a single component silicone rubber cured at room temperature, characterized by fast surface drying speed at room temperature and ease of use. This product maintains rubber elasticity over a wide temperature range (-60 ℃ -200 ℃), has good weather resistance and electrical insulation, is waterproof, moisture-proof, seismic, corona resistant, anti leakage, and has good adhesive properties.

As a bonding, sealing, insulation, moisture-proof, and shockproof material, this product is widely used in the bonding and sealing of electronic components, semiconductor materials, electronic appliances and other equipment, as well as the waterproofing and sealing of electric heaters and electronic instruments, and the sealing of electronic components. Such as sealing of electric heating end, bonding of small motor magnetic tile and metal shell, bonding and sealing of automobile lamps, optical instrument and lenses, bonding of electronic instrument shell, insulation protection of motor, bonding and sealing of electronic components, etc.

Note: All mechanical and electrical properties were tested after 7 days of curing at 25 ℃ and 55% relative humidity. The performance of each type of silicone is subject to the actual testing report.
1. Cleaning: Before construction, the adhesive surface should be cleaned and dried to remove contamination, oil stains, etc. that may affect the bonding effect.
2. Gluing: Unscrew the pipe cap, cover it with a pointed nozzle, and evenly extrude the adhesive onto the surface of the bonding material. Different thicknesses of adhesive can be applied as needed. The thicker the adhesive layer, the slower it solidifies.
3. Curing: The material coated with the adhesive is cured at room temperature, usually at a temperature of 25 ℃ and a humidity of 55%. The surface drying time is 3-30 minutes, with a basic curing time of 24 hours. After 7 days, the best curing effect can be achieved. Do not apply force until fully cured.
4. After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be immediately tightened and sealed for storage. When reusing, if there is a slight crust on the nozzle, it can be used after cleaning. Please try to maintain good ventilation in the construction site.
Various viscosity and color specifications (white, black, gray, red) can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
This product is stored in a cool and dry place at 28 ℃, with a shelf life of 12 months.
