ZQ-899 is a white, black, or gray paste type room temperature cured single component organic silicone neutral sealant that is non corrosive to the vast majority of metals. It has excellent resistance to cold and hot alternation, aging resistance, and electrical insulation performance. Excellent moisture resistance, seismic resistance, corona resistance, and leakage resistance. Excellent high and low temperature resistance, with little change in performance within the range of -50 ℃~+200 ℃, and good adhesion to most metals and plastics.

Mainly used for bonding and sealing various household appliances; Fixation and sealing of electronic components; Bonding and sealing of automotive lighting fixtures.

Note: All mechanical and electrical properties were measured after 7 days of curing at 25 ℃ and 55% relative humidity.
4、 Usage process and precautions:
1. Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the adhesive or coated material and remove pollutants such as rust, dust, and oil.
2. Glue application: Cut open the cap of the glue tube, squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface, distribute it evenly, and fix the adhered surface together
3. Curing: Place the components that have been glued or sealed in air for natural curing.
The curing process is a process of curing from the surface to the inside. Within 24 hours (at room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the adhesive will cure to a depth of 2-4mm. If the location is deep, especially in areas that are not easily in contact with air, the complete curing time will be extended. If the temperature is low, the curing time will also be extended. Before further processing or packaging the bonded components, it is recommended that users wait long enough to ensure that the firmness and integrity of the bonding are not affected.
5、 Storage period: This product is stored in a cool and dry place at 28 ℃, with a shelf life of 6 months
