1、 Product performance:
ZQ-452 is a universal low viscosity room temperature curing single component silicone potting and batch coating adhesive. This product has low viscosity and is easy to apply. It can also be diluted with solvent and sprayed with equipment. Convenient to use and with good adhesion, this product is a dealcoholized silicone with low volatility and no corrosion to the vast majority of materials. It has excellent resistance to cold and hot alternation, aging, and electrical insulation, as well as excellent moisture resistance, seismic resistance, corona resistance, and leakage resistance.

2、 Main purpose:
This product is suitable for batch coating and protection of various electronic circuit boards; The shallow encapsulation of electronic components plays a good role in insulation and waterproofing.

3、 Technical parameters:

Note: All mechanical and electrical properties were measured after 7 days of curing at 25 ℃ and 55% relative humidity. The performance of each type of silicone is subject to the actual testing report.

4、 Usage process and precautions： 

1. Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the adhesive or coated material to remove rust, dust, oil and other pollutants.

2. Glue application: Unscrew (or peel) the rubber tube cap, squeeze or spray the glue onto the cleaned surface, and make it evenly distributed.

3. Curing: Place the adhesive component in air to allow it to naturally cure. The curing process is a process of curing from the surface to the inside. Within 24 hours (at room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the adhesive will cure to a depth of 2-4mm. If the application position is deep, especially in areas that are not easily in contact with air, the complete curing time will be extended. If the temperature is low, the curing time will also be extended. It takes more than 7 days for a 6mm thick sealant to fully cure. For potting with a thickness greater than 6mm, it is recommended to use tomorrow's two component potting adhesive.

4. After the operation is completed, the unused adhesive should be immediately tightened and sealed for storage. When reusing, if there is a slight crust at the sealing area, it can be removed without affecting normal use. During the storage process of the adhesive, there may also be a small amount of solidification at the nozzle, which can be removed for normal use without affecting product performance. If it accidentally enters the eyes before solidification, seek medical attention.
