Note: All mechanical and electrical properties were measured after 7 days of curing at 25 ℃ and 55% relative humidity.
1. Measurement: Accurately weigh according to the proportion of components A and B. Before weighing, the adhesive solution of component A should be stirred appropriately to disperse the filler that has settled at the bottom into the adhesive solution. Component B should be thoroughly shaken.
2. Mixing: Mix components A and B thoroughly and evenly in a mixing tank. Suggest vacuuming and defoaming for about 5 minutes.
3. Pouring: Pour the evenly mixed adhesive into the product that needs to be sealed as soon as possible. If high thermal conductivity is required, it is recommended to vacuum defoaming before pouring.
4. Curing: The sealed parts are cured at room temperature, and after initial solidification, they can enter the next process. Under room temperature conditions, the surface is generally cured within 1 hour. High temperatures in summer lead to faster curing; When the temperature is low in winter, the curing will be slower.
