The sealing of the aluminum frame of solar photovoltaic modules and the bonding between the junction box and the back film have good effects on the electrophoretic treated aluminum profiles.

Note: All mechanical and electrical properties were measured after 7 days of curing at 25 ℃ and 55% relative humidity. The performance of each type of silicone is subject to the actual testing report.
1. Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the adhesive or coated material to remove rust, dust, oil and other pollutants.
2. Glue application: Unscrew (or cut) the cap of the rubber hose, squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface, distribute it evenly, and fix the adhered surface together.
3. Curing: Place the components that have been glued or sealed in air for natural curing. The curing process is a process of curing from the surface to the inside. Within 24 hours (at room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the adhesive will cure to a depth of 2-4mm. If the application position is deep, especially in areas that are not easily in contact with air, the complete curing time will be extended. If the temperature is low, the curing time will also be extended. It takes more than 7 days for a 6mm thick sealant to fully cure.
After the operation is completed, the unused adhesive should be immediately tightened and sealed for storage. When reusing, if there is a slight crust at the sealing area, it can be removed without affecting normal use. During the storage process of the adhesive, there may also be a small amount of solidification at the nozzle, which can be removed for normal use without affecting product performance. If it accidentally enters the eyes before solidification, seek medical attention.
This product is stored in a cool and dry place at 25 ℃, with a shelf life of 12 months.
