1、 Product features:

ZQ-587 flat sealing silicone rubber is designed as a flat sealing agent for occasions with high temperature resistance requirements in general industrial production such as automotive engines. It is a single component, room temperature vulcanized neutral silicone sealant with excellent temperature resistance and can instantly seal large gaps.

2、 Main features:

1. Single component, RTV room temperature vulcanization, neutral deaoxime type silicone adhesive. After curing, it has no corrosive effect on the material, no irritating odor, and eliminates various gaskets.

2. Good oil resistance, temperature resistance, and seismic performance.

3. Maintain a permanent sealing state within the range of -50~250 ℃.

4. Good elongation.

3、 Basic use:

Replace various rubber pads, asbestos pads, cork pads, and paper pads to seal the engine gearboxes, axles, and other mating surfaces of various cars, motorcycles, ships, and mechanical equipment to prevent water, air, and oil leakage.

4、 Technical parameters:

Note: All mechanical and electrical properties were measured after 7 days of curing at 25 ℃ and 55% relative humidity. The performance of each type of silicone is subject to the actual testing report.

5、 Usage process:

1. Remove oil and dust from the adhered surface, and keep the bonding surface clean and dry.

2. Apply adhesive to the surface to be bonded and form a continuous adhesive ring.

3. Tighten with bolts as usual.

4. After applying this adhesive, do not immediately put it into use. After self curing (≥ 24 hours), form an elastic seismic sealing gasket to play a sealing and leak proof role.

6、 Precautions:

1. The glue has a volatile odor, so pay attention to ventilation when using it.

2. Avoid long-term skin contact with sealant. If unvulcanized sealant enters the eyes, immediately rinse with water or see a doctor.

3. Keep out of reach of children and do not enter.

4. Strictly seal the remaining adhesive material. Store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place.

8、 Storage and transportation:

1. This product needs to be stored in a cool and dry environment below 25 ℃, with a storage period of 1 year.

2. This type of product belongs to non hazardous goods and can be transported as general chemicals. Be careful of leaks during transportation!

3. Products that have exceeded their shelf life should be confirmed for any abnormalities before use.
