ZQ-705 is a room temperature cured single component silicone rubber with the characteristics of fast surface drying speed and ease of use at room temperature. This product maintains rubber elasticity over a wide temperature range (-60 ℃ -200 ℃), has excellent weather resistance and electrical insulation, is waterproof, moisture-proof, seismic, corona resistant, anti leakage, and has good adhesive properties.

As a bonding, sealing, insulation, moisture-proof, and shockproof material, this product is widely used in the bonding and sealing of electronic components, semiconductor materials, electronic appliances and other equipment, as well as the waterproofing and sealing of electric heaters and electronic instruments, and the sealing of electronic components. Such as sealing of electric heating end, bonding of small motor magnetic tile and metal shell, bonding and sealing of automobile lamps, optical instrument and lenses, bonding of electronic instrument shell, insulation protection of motor, bonding and sealing of electronic components, etc.

Note: All mechanical and electrical properties were tested after 7 days of curing at 25 ℃ and 55% relative humidity. The performance of each type of silicone is subject to the actual testing report.
1. After the general cleaning treatment of the components, cut the sharp nozzle on the pipe opening sleeve, extrude the colloid, and apply glue for bonding. Dry the watch for 3-30 minutes. At room temperature of 25 ℃ and humidity of 50%, the curing depth within 24 hours is 2-3 millimeters. If the bonding area is large and the adhesive layer is thick, the curing time is longer. The longer the storage time at room temperature, the better the bonding effect. Due to its low strength, this adhesive cannot be applied in areas with high stress. It is not advisable to perform large-scale bonding. If this is the case, it is best to pour several times and wait for the first curing before making a second pour to solve the problem of deep curing. When vulcanizing this product, necessary humidity should be ensured, and it should not be immediately placed in a closed place (such as an oven) after gluing/ 2. After the operation is completed, the unused adhesive should be immediately tightened and sealed for storage. When reusing, if there is a slight crust at the sealing area, it can be removed without affecting normal use. During the storage process of the adhesive, there may also be a small amount of solidification at the nozzle, which can be removed for normal use without affecting product performance. If it accidentally enters the eyes before solidification, seek medical attention.
This product is stored in a cool and dry place at 25 ℃, with a shelf life of 12 months.
