ZQ655 silicone structural sealant
Product performance
ZQ655 silicone structural sealant is a medium-high modulus, neutral room temperature curing silicone elastic sealant specially designed for structural assembly. It reacts with moisture in the air to form elastic rubber, which has excellent weather resistance and resistance to sunlight, rain, ice and snow, and ozone. It will not cause adverse effects even in extreme temperature environments (-40~150°C).
Performance characteristics
1. For most building materials such as glass, coated glass, anodized aluminum, granite and painted metal materials, it has superior adhesion without using primers.
2. Neutral curing, non-corrosive.
3. After curing, it will form a strong and elastic silicone rubber, which will not change significantly due to aging and exposure to the atmosphere. The sealant still maintains waterproof and weather resistance characteristics.
4. Single component, easy to construct.

Construction summary:
1. The surface of the substrate bonded by the sealant must be clean, dry and free of dust, oil, and moisture.
2. Clean the surface of the substrate with a clean, non-lint-free white cotton cloth and stain-removing toluene or acetone solvent and wipe it dry, and inject glue within one hour.
3. Make sure that there are no gaps in the joints where the glue is glued, and the glue should be modified before the glue is solidified and it is not suitable to safely isolate the air.
4. The on-site substrate adhesion and compatibility test and user satisfaction test must be done before use.
