The modified aniline-formaldehyde condensate developed in recent years is a low-viscosity liquid that can cure epoxy resin at room temperature. It has a large dosage, low exothermic peak, and a smooth and bright surface of the cured product. It is a good liquid aromatic amine curing Agent. The disadvantage is that the color is darker, and it is mostly used for black epoxy potting materials.

3. Acid anhydride curing agent is the most important curing agent for two-component heating curing epoxy potting materials. Commonly used varieties are liquid methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, liquid methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride, etc. This kind of curing agent has a small viscosity and a large dosage, which can be used for curing and diluting in the potting compound formulation. Double function, after adding tertiary amine accelerator, it can be cured at 80~120℃, and there is a trial period of more than 4h at the working temperature (30~40℃). Curing exotherm is relaxed, and the overall performance of the cured product is good!
