ZQ-455S is an electronic grade silicone rubber that solidifies into an elastomer at room temperature when exposed to moisture. Due to the use of different curing systems that can meet the requirements of electronic material adhesives, the volatile matter during the curing process is esters, which is environmentally friendly and non corrosive to electronic materials.
